Respond to that Email with a Thumbs Up! Save time on Approvals with the new Outlook feature

The new Outlook has added a new feature allowing you to respond with Emojis (like thumbs up, a like and even a laugh). Remember to bring this up in your next meeting, tell your colleagues that there is a new way to acknowledge an email - provided that everyone is on the same page!

Fortunately, this feature is also available on the web version (Outlook.com). If you are using the old Outlook application, take a leap of faith and try the new Outlook with this toggle! (Don't worry, you can always switch it back the same way)

Take a quick tour with the new Outlook to understand the features as they offer syncing, categorizing options for you to organize those emails! Build a good habit and give quick tours a chance as they will save you the hassle from trying to figure out things down the road.

Once you're on the new Outlook, click on an email you'd like to react to and since you know where the reply button is, the react button is right next to it.

Not only will the recipients in the email will receive a 'thumbs up' notification, but the emoji will also appear in the inbox.
